- If you are unable to attend, a substitute or replacement is allowed at no extra cost provided written notice is given ONE WEEK prior to the event. A 50% refund can be made for cancellation received in writing or by fax before 10th November 2016. No refund will be made if cancellation is made after this date.
Please note that CANCELLATION BY PHONE will not be accepted. The secretariat must receive a written notice before the date mentioned above.
